Graham on a lead

One of my favourite Bakewell characters is Graham Skidmore.
He's often to be seen flouting the guide lines and feeding the birds.
So here he is being kept in check and on a lead....
Actually it belongs to his dog Bonnie.
I'm never quite sure when I see Graham and Bonnie who's taking who for a walk.
