A couple of times a week, we meet with friends to go on an hour's stroll around the avenues and lanes of Blackheath. Right now we are coming into Autumn, which for me is the most attractive time of year. So many of our streets feature tree canopies. but the light still filters though here and there. When there's a sprinkling of dew and a crisp mountain stillness, it's all quite magical.
