Inconceivable

I spotted this on the Northern Line on the way home after seeing my Italian gynaecologist student off at Stansted Airport. He specialises in IVF. I'd never noticed this sort of ad on the tube - or anywhere - before. I think infertility must be big business in private medicine. I'd no idea.
