Knee

I attended a knee replacement workshop today and got to do a full knee replacement (on saw bone) under the instruction of my consultant. It was great fun to use the drills and saws and hammers without having to worry about doing anything wrong and also really helped me understand what's going on when I'm in actual surgery. This is a before and after photo of my knee replacement - I'm pretty pleased with it for a first try but I don't want to be doing it for real anytime soon!

This evening I've been to watch a rugby match, Reds vs Cheetahs. The Brisbane team (Reds) won so everyone was happy!
