Heron in Hiding!

Lovely sunny day, so decided to go down to the Wild Life Centre. Tried my hand at capturing flying gulls, but obviously need more practice or patience or both! Heron stood still so he is my blip for the day. I waited for about half an hour for him to take flight but he wasn't for playing that game. By then I was freezing and it had begun to snow so I came home. The snow hasn't lain but the sun has disappeared! He looks quite cosy nestled in amongst the grass unperturbed by the weather - unlike me!
