Dylan Thomas Boathouse

What a difference a day makes.........rain continued all night with some very strong winds - and then the sun appeared and the wind and rain stopped.

This Boathouse is a house in Laugharne, Carmarthenshire, Wales, in which the poet Dylan Thomas lived with his family between 1949 and 1953, the last four years of his life.
It has wonderful views overlooking the estuary of the River Taf.
If you look in the top left of the blip, you will see his 'Writing Shed' (looks like a garage). It was here where he wrote 'Under Milk Wood', one of his major works.

Viewed 'Large' is a help.
