About demantia care mapping

Today i had to do dementia care mapping in our care center . Dementia care mapping is an observation system in which one goes sitting with the lederly and observate them 6 hours in a stretch. Their behaviour and how they feel is noted on paper in the form of behaviour codes. We do it 2 times in the year . This method is developped for the welfare of people with dementia. Through this observation we can give them more personalised care.
