Salt of the Sea

On our way home from the Y this morning we stopped at Ciao Thyme to pick up servings of Chicken Masala and Smoked Shitake Soup, and a giant chocolate chip cookie. The cookie was our lunch dessert and we had the Chicken Masala for dinner.

C drew my attention to the Welsh salt -- I was amused by the pricing in dollars per Etto.
