Natural desaturation

The large scale desaturation that's been taking place in nature over the last few weeks didn't bother me so much today. The landscape right now is somewhat easy on the eyes. There is nothing to shock the eyeballs as everything is a varying shades of brown and grey. It took very little to turn this from color to sepia.

I feel prepared for what's coming. We got up on ladders today and cleared the gutters. Also rolled up the garden hoses, drained the water feature, moved the patio furniture out of the way for easy snow removel, stowed the grill, fire pit and some of the larger ceramic planters in the garage and moved the gardening tools to the back and brought the snow shovels to the front.

Bring it on, Mother Nature. Except now I feel like eating everything in sight.
