St Cuthbert's cross, Durham University

This is carved from some old silvery wood, and you can just see the face of St Cuthbert that the artist extracted from the wood with careful carving. Durham University is behind, Durham Cathedral is in front, down in the valley, and it's a beautiful day, almost warm!
