Favorite Things

I was standing listening to some music and cooking when I suddenly realized that we have created a collection of favorite things at one end of our lounge - the Simon Bull original picture we bought before he was famous (see Here for more), the Simon Bull printe we bought in his studio sale when he found out he was going ot be famous and moved to America ( if only I'd known I would have bought 10 originals), a house plant which I bought back from the Ivory Coast in Africa as a piece of wood wrapped in wet towels around1979 and I still have today - 35 year old plant I think is some achievement, photos of my daughters weddings, an old sewing machine I bought for my wife one Christmas and on and on - Lovely !
