Gratifying

After a somewhat baffling experience of trying to fly to Amsterdam from Cambridge, which involved my early morning flight being cancelled and my being booked on a flight the day before - all without my knowledge - it was at least pleasing to be given a personalised bottle of water. I'm not sure whether the other two people on the flight were accorded the same privilege.
