Variety is the spice of life!

Off to the King's Theatre today to see Allan Stewart's 'Big Big Variety Show', which was great.

As well as Allan, there were his two stalwart pantomime chums, Andy Gray and Grant Stott. There was singing from the Tootsie Rollers, who are a six piece girl band, as well as Allan's daughter, Katie, who has a tremendous voice. Add to this heady mix of entertainers, the ever entertaining ventriloquist, Paul Zerdin, and you get a great afternoon of variety entertainment.

It was just wonderful to see a proper variety show with sketches, comedy, singing, ventriloquism ... just pure entertainment. The theatre was full and quite rightly so!
