My hairdresser is in the west end of Glasgow, I live in a sleepy suburb in the south called Burnside so it's quite a trek. Sometimes I love it and sometimes I hate it! Today I hated it- had to fight through a lot of traffic, yummy mummy's in Chelsea tractors, bad parking, traffic jams, road works- urgh! On the other hand there are great shops, a Starbucks, lazy laid back bars and glorious architecture. Love this road and the matching iron fencing in the stairs. Then back to sleepy burnside where there are parking places galore and a few old people driving around- bliss!
