wandered around the downtown this evening after work but the humidity proved unbearable. this weather serves as an instant reminder of the fact that chicago was built on a vast swamp. ick. i came across this hotel with its prow like edge jutting into the sky i knew it was time to stop for a cold one. it's supposed to rain tomorrow, maybe this humidity will break. keeping my fingers crossed.
