Onions

Not sure if that's what they're meant to be, but that's what they look like to me.
A most splendid lunch was had at Biggin Hall today, to commemorate brother in law Malcolm reaching 70 years of age.
The meal was excellent, the company of eleven family and friends made it a memorable occasion for all.
What caught my eye however, was this sculpture outside.
Onions on a bed of Snowdrops. Odd and pleasant at the same time.
