Ancient Rome

Today we saw lots and lots of ancient ruins. I really enjoyed just walking around the ruins because a lot of it was free. We didn't pay to go into anything. We went to the Vatican but we didn't wait in line to go inside because there were sooooo many people there. It was a Sunday and the Pope gave a speech outside. We didn't stay at the Vatican too long because there were so many other things to go and see. I'd love to go back to Rome and stay a while; there were so many places to explore!
