Another view from my sewing table.

This time a closer view taken this morning. It was a lovely morning with sun on the hills then in no time the mist came down and we did not see the sun or the hills again.
With all the sewing still going on the weather outside did not matter. Show and tell after lunch revealed just how much everyone had achieved over the three days it was amazing. These quilts are being made for so many different reasons. One girl made a cot quilt of New Zealand materials that was going to Germany another was doing a New Zealand quilt and coasters to take away on her trip overseas to give away to people she was going to be staying with. Two were making ANZAC quilts to do with a special Anzac Service to do with Gallipoli. I tell you they were awesome. There were Christmas quilts, Kids quilts and quilts for grandparents, quilts right across the spectrum. Cant wait until we go back in June for another such weekend. It will be mid winter by then so will have to rug up against the cold.
