Remembering Ann

Ann Woodham was our patient information manager, whose life was full of compassion, courage and love. She also had a lizard like ability to bask in the sun. It was no coincidence then, that as we said farewell to Ann at Golders Green Crematorium, it was the hottest March day probably in living memory. Her friends and family made brave and beautifully poignant tributes full of humour and love, it was a privilege to join them.
I know that Ann would very much appreciate the glass of rose raised to her in my garden, in the sunshine. We owe it to Ann, who lived her life to the full, to find out very much more about brain tumours.
