I can see for miles

Old school

This eclectic range of vinyl on sale was but a side business to the wonderfully comforting and homely operation that is The Haven in Newhaven.

Mrs AJ on another List guide review mission 'dragged' me along to yet another place to sample - in this case - a full, cooked breakfast (including haggis and tattie scone ergo Scottish and not English) with very black coffee.

You'll have to wait and see The List review, but it gets an unofficial blip award from me for fab food and total blippability.

Perhaps to do with the pancakes and maple syrup or maybe not, the rest of the day was a bit of an exercise in child control so we headed to Granny's to improve the adult to child ratio.

Should add that they had Europe's The Final Countdown for sale which was tempting as it was my favourite album (on cassette) at an age when a. It was new, b. you bought albums on cassette and c. you had one best album that you knew inside out for a while.
