i have the bug....

For the 4th week in a row I have baked!! I managed to make a lasgana, cheese scones and a banana honey cake (which was still in the oven at time of picture)
My rusty skills are getting there and if the truth be known I'm really enjoying the baking and creating nice things for my family to eat.

Down side is the washing up!!! ;)
