Love locks

My last day in Chester. After a lunch in a 50's/60's themed diner we had a walk along the River Dee and over the Queen's Park suspension bridge. Along the bridge people have started to attach 'love locks' along the railings. Commonly seen in Paris and other cities around the world, they are used as a symbol of love and commitment.

There is dividing opinion about the love locks, some see it as art whilst others view it as vandalism.......



Me?......I'm just an old romantic :-)
