Since living in Ecuador, we’ve not missed any foods from our travels around the world. If we cannot find our craving at one of the fabulous and diverse local restaurants, then I’ve learn to cook it from scratch. You can find most ingredients in Cuenca, with the exception of a few spices that we’ve been able to get to us via a friendly suitcase.
