Do It All!

A typical scene in Fort Portal. Some Ugandan businessmen conversing and probably bartering with a local boda driver. I really like this shot, partially because of that boda blur on the left which adds to the dynamic-ism of the street scene.

Final stages of the fabrication process today. By the afternoon, we were ready to test our baby. Engine on, turn the choke, pull the starter cord. The longtail revs up and the propeller starts whirling at 3000rpm. Hell yeah! Four very satisfied engineers.

Since all the fabrication was done, we left early, promising Oram to be back tomorrow morning sharp. Ali, Kris and me took bodas to Little Rock for special grills. In the evening, after a couple bodas, we were all pumped for another big night in town. Tonight was literally a brilliant night, but also the day Iceing fatefully became a staple of our time in Uganda.
