B and I spent some time today upgrading our mobile phones, changing and cancelling contracts and talking to young people about older people's requirements regarding seeing the damn buttons with diminishing eyesight etc, and I have to say that every one of them in the shops and on the customer services helpline was unfailingly helpful, clear, efficient and didn't blind us with jargon or technology. I just thought it was worth mentioning...
