Happy as a Pig in ............

I went to meet a friend with whom I used to teach at Frome today at Whiterow Farm sho near Frome. I was under orders to buy some of their home reared sausages for dinner as it is Stanley, my youngest step son's 18th Birthday.
Woufd he like a meal out?...... a party ..... ? .... nope ..... just sausages , cheesy mash , caramelised onions and peas!! I can't believe I've known him for 15 years now - it certainly doesn't seem long since his first day at school.

We are just about to celebrate and sing happy birthday with his Nanny , Auntie, Uncle and Cousin and tuck into his other request - lemon drizzle cake!
