An ISO 800 kind of day

I dropped the deadline materials off this morning and was glad I thought to toss the camera in the car. This was the only spot on the south side of Cedar Lake where I could climb down to the edge of the water. As my fog-kissed cheeks kept getting colder and colder I thought a couple of things: one was that a wide angle lens sure would be nice (I remember there being more to the scene than this) the other was that I'm cleaning my sensor today, do or die...it's filthy.

I'm heading off to National Camera to get all the stuff. They want to keep the camera for a week and of course the salesperson is going to try and talk me out of doing it myself. I just can't be without it for that long.
