Rhubarb Update.....

Our fantastic rhubarb plant has been growing like mad - and in just six weeks it has grown up from this.

We had our first picking yesterday - and made the inevitable rhubarb crumble which we had with our Sunday Dinner.

I'm still using the second batch of chutney I made last year....so might have to delay making some more this year! There's only so much chutney I can eat....
