Meet my friend pain!

Out over in Preston today filming Colne boxer Shayne Singleton training as he warms up for his next fight.

Lovely start to the day, the weather, as you can see in this photo was fantastic!

Wouldn't fancy doing Shayne's training routine myself, looked absolutely knackering, lifting this makeshift weight/sleigh thing looked bad enough, never mind running with it!
