Cup cakes

Emma's 6th form has cake days on a Monday - and instead of buying cakes, they take it in turn to bake them. This weekend Emma made Chocolate and coffee cakes - she made a big gateaux and a few little cup cakes!

Iced with white chocolate ganache and with a fresh raspberry on top, then decorated with chocolate shavings they looked amazing!
