To Waterbeach

It was a ramble with the occasional Blip crowd today, wandering up to Waterbeach with Owen, Stef and Zara. The purpose of the trip was to help Zara break in her new walking boots for her trip to the Galapagos later this year and had nothing whatsoever to do with the delicious food on offer at 'The Bridge' in Waterbeach.

It turned out to be a very nice day for a walk, not too hot as there was a breeze but bright and clear nonetheless - all the other walkers, cyclists and even the rowers seemed to be enjoying it as well. It was so nice that we ended up eating outside at the pub, though by the time we finished we were all getting cool again - a quick train ride home and then it was a lazy evening with a trip down the pub to watch Spurs play abysmally at Chelsea.
