Sunday roast leftover - Day 3

Thank you all for your roast beef leftover suggestions yesterday. I went with the stroganoff
A: Because it is yummy.
B: Because it also meant I used up other things that were going over too.

Both Phil and I are working tomorrow, Bella is being looked after by my dad and Maria.
We will have to see what state the house is in when we get back.
