Artwork & Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art2

This is a view from the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art One on a lovely day in Edinburgh.

Not sure what the sculpture is in the foreground, but it looks like an eye of a needle (note to self, install the ArtHunter mobile app to find out).

Behind that, the green hill is actually the Landform sculpture by Charles Jencks.

The building at the back is the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art Two. This gallery is home to Eduardo Paolozzi's studio and the truly massive sculpture Vulcan.

The trees planted by man and sculpted by mother nature. The sky a lovely blue.

I can feel a visit coming on. :-)
