Tower Sunrise

Its a fabulous day again but just looking at it doesn't tell the full story.

I was up really early and needed around 15 minutes to clear the car windows before I could set off. I spent about 20 minutes taking pictures - this is one of them - all just after sunrise at around 6:30am. By the time I had finished I had lost all the feeling in my fingers it was so cold. Couldn't even use the controls on the camera so had to give up. Really should have taken gloves!

It was several hours before I felt I had thawed out. Hope this weather continues but I'll be a bit more prepared in future - not as warm as it looks!
