Rusty

Even a rusty old gate looks better in the sunshine! This caught my eye when I was out for a walk this afternoon. I was amused by the grass growing out of the centre of the rotting wooden post!

Another nomination for my Dilapidation Series.

Freckle rushed up to the fence to greet me as I walked past her garden. I petted her for a while, hoping to get a blip in return, but she wasn't in the mood for posing. I think the sun was in her eyes... and you won't hear me complaining about that!
