Lifting Heavy

Jen's Mum has been with us for a couple of days for her birthday treat of a few girlie days with Jen and staying at Blythswood Square (pampering spa treatments included!).

Anyway, she brought us some presents, (yay, presents!), one of which are these wooden dumbbell ornaments. I think they are so random but fantastic and fit perfectly into our lifting heavy 'stuff' (self censored there!) mentality! Thanks Lynn

In case you were wondering they are not actually that heavy, so can't practice and CrossFit WODs with them at home!
