At the gym.

Usually my one morning of the week when I don't have anywhere to go is Thursday. This week though I had to work yesterday and therefore going to the gym had to be switched to today!

This is the more "Hardcore" gym on my street. This dummy is used by the martial arts people for kicking and punching practice! Or by my instructor as a coat hanger!
