Martini Time

For the most part of my birthday week I have grappled with terrible Man Flu, now that I'm feeling a much better I shall be having a Martini at cocktail time.

I make mine at a 5 to 1 ratio with Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth and a bar spoon of Cointreau, garnished with lemon oil from a zest.
