Missed opportunity

Love this building...an old cinema where premieres used to be held with, according to the locals, stars on the balcony greeting their fans in the street below, but it's has been closed and getting more derelict over the years with the Southside community arguing against various possible buyers who want to turn it into a hotel or etc. Recently seemed to get renovated (inside at least) by (allegedly) Susan Boyle's brother who wanted to make it a Las Vegas style dinner and show venue. Was open for about 3 weeks before Christmas but didn't see anyone go in...now it's closed up again.
Surely someone would like to turn it back into a beautiful cinema?!
