Busy old day today in the office, and also at lunchtime meeting a chap from Cycling Scotland for an article for my website, so I'm going to be economical with the word count tonight rather than boring everyone to tears.

Besides I'm now making a lightbox while playing Football Manager 2010, so I'm kinda busy.
