Farewell, and Salut!

Today, my friends, old "Sergeant" our 1934 Riley Mentone was sold.

Unfortunately, it was being eclipsed by Amy, and it was just pointlessly sitting there - after all a car is made to be used.

Remember when we went up to Yorkshire and purchased Amy? Well, after we'd put Sergeant up for sale, we received a phone call from the brilliant man that sold us Amy. He wanted to come down and look at the car, he said.

Well, he couldn't pick fault with it, and instantly fell in love with it. The deal was done, all sorted.

We can be glad that Sergeant will be cherished, coming from the fact that Amy was kept in fab condition.

Oh, and the calving go's on!!!
