Windows into my Life

By Tessa

Anything but common

I have become fascinated by these tiny creatures. They look so plain with the naked eye but so pretty close up. I notice more and more that there is life teaming around me but we rarely stop to observe. I think photography has taught me how to be still, patient, observant and most of all how to be alone. I use to be very reluctant to go out and explore on my own. I have PTSD and it has been a challenge to be comfortable on my own. Now I find myself relishing it. My camera gives me strength.
