My Helper x

Went for a bike ride this afternoon - can't believe how unfit I am - tho I did manage 8.5 miles with a few stops for some iPhone pics !!!!

There is still flooding out there but decided to blip a pic of the long suffering hubby doing his bit !!!

He's the real cyclist - on average 100 miles a week - so he was having to cycle at my speed this afternoon !!! He usually carries my big lump of a camera as well but we decided not too this afternoon and of course the cloudscapes were then gawgus !!!
