Lemon Drizzle Cake

After making a Lemon Drizzle Cake for my "Daughter-in-Law" Katie the other day & told it was Dry.
I decided to try a different recipe & this is how it turned out.
Who would have thought a Weightwatchers recipe would be better that a Paul Hollywood recipe.
Now to make another for Katie.
Just need more Lemons :o)
