An Englishman's Home..........

......is in this case the rather grandly named 'Langden Castle', not much of a castle, more a shooting hut and sheep shelter among the Bowland Fells.

Stewart is re-arranging himself having just had a bit of a knee popping descent down the hill behind. It is a while since we have had a Sunday morning run together and it was very pleasant although given our current state of fitness there was quite a lot of walking involved during our 3 hour jaunt.

We were on a recce for a run planned for next Sunday and spent quite a bit of time with the compass out moving on a bearing, needed at times when the low cloud crept in, it was however amazingly dry both underfoot and in the air which made it pleasant.

Back to work tomorrow, don't the weekends go quickly!!
