Wanting to get up-to-speed with Photoshop Elements 12 I trawled that wonderful resource, the internet, and came across Chuckie Delano’s videos on YouTube, which included one on how to create a postage stamp.

I found he explained things very clearly and I intend to have a go at some of his other projects in the near future.

I think this early morning photo of Oscar, bathing in the sunshine, makes a fine stamp.
