A hard session at the gym today so a nice parfait is called for after tonights roast chicken.
250g Greek yogurt
50g wanilla whey protein
100g blueberries (supermarket didn't have any so I added mango to the mix)
10g flaked coconut
30g rolled oats
1tsp granulated stevia
Makes 2 servings
1 In a bowl mix the yogurt with the whey protein powder
2 Toast the cocnut, oats, and stevia in a non stick pan until they brown a little
3 Build your parfait by layering the glass with the berries, oats & yogurt whey mix, in whatever order you like.
