It's Physalis Alice.

Some time ago now, I spotted "certain substances" lurking amongst the brussels. Earlier this year I kept seeing a rather delicate, trumpet shaped, flower not unlike a convolvulus except for colour and plant format. EVERY time I saw it it managed to clash with an unrepeatable Blipshot. Eventually it slipped from sight/memory.
We've just had a few successive sunny days, in which we managed to slink away somewhere or other.
Consequence ... No washing done.
Forecast ... Improving steadily worse.
Result ... get it done sharpish in case.
While assisting the task I noticed this on the grass.
Yet another quaint spin-off from the bird/"Pidjin" feeding.
