The Devil's Fork

On my picture above you can see some strange flight paths and as so often, the are sprayed in a geometrical fashion. Some people argue that it's to do with the air conditions at altitude that influence how long these contrails remain visible. Well I can tell you that the weather here has been very stable the last few days, but these trails only appeared today. Interesting to see on my photo, one or two contrails that appear to be normal, and as I remember them, not very long and always the same length behind the plane from which they are coming from, and dissolve within 40-50 seconds from moment of output. except for one , you can see the other trails, that are lingering there in suspense and stay there all day before the blue sky goes milky later on. It's the same world wide, even in places where there usually is no air traffic at all. Folks! it's time to put on your tinfoil hats.
