An Afternoon Walk

Not having a good day, morning migraine headache again, and throat is red & sore from acid reflux, plus have had jaw pain (cheek bones actually) for last week - think I'm suffering from TMJ - fortunately have Dentist appointment next week, hopefully he can confirm either way what's going on there. Always seems to be something!!

Anyway a walk with Lola is always good to help clear the head a bit and relax.

Blaine has his first ever Piano Exam on Friday, today he did his mock exam and was 3 marks away from a distinction so hopefully he will do just as well on the day.
